A review of the live Shopify store for user experience, search ranking and, most of all, getting more people into the Redlands showroom.

Your goal, in your words: drive local foot traffic so the team stays busy in the store. Add to cart is second. Every finding below is ranked against that.
The short version
The site looks good. The problem is what it asks a visitor to do. Almost nothing on it says "come and see us," and the pages that should win local searches are thin or titled for online shoppers.

Fix these first
Where the time goes
Each bar is one step of the work. The solid part is the low estimate and the faded part is how far it could run. Dollar figures use $40 per hour.

Every finding by size of job
Each circle is one finding, numbered as in the list further down. The further right, the more hours. Tap a circle to jump to it.
Suggested order of work
Local visibility first, then clean-up, then shopping features. Hours are estimates for the work described. Each piece is confirmed with you before it starts, and the shopping features are optional.
Step 1
Local visibility
Rebuild the Contact page around a visit
Add a "Reserve in store" button to products
Local titles and copy on homepage, rings and bands
Remove the duplicate tracking container
Step 2
Find out why rankings fell
Search Console and Business Profile review
Check old URLs still lead somewhere
Hand a clear fix list to your SEO company
Step 3
Clean-up
Banner and product image sizes
Menu and filter structure
Product page copy and alt text
Titles, typos, small errors
Step 4
Shopping features
Add to cart for bridal, only if it fits how the store sells rings
Better filters tied to the POS data
All findings
Open any row for what was seen, why it matters and the fix. Choose Include or Not now on each one. The bar at the bottom adds up the hours, and Copy my choices gives you a note to paste into our chat.
Your choices stay in this browser. Nothing is sent until you paste the note to us.
What is already working
Worth keeping as is.
The Custom Design and Services pages already have strong local titles and a "Book Consultation" button.
The Roberto Coin collection page has real local copy and an FAQ. It is the model for the other collection pages.
Each page carries a canonical tag, and the store has a working sitemap that updates itself.
The lifetime warranty, free cleaning and clear return policy are strong trust points that deserve more visibility.
The overall look is polished and fits a fine jewelry store.
What this review could not see
This is based on the public pages themselves. I did not have access to Google Search Console, Analytics, the Google Business Profile or the Shopify admin.
I did not run a speed test, check rendered desktop and phone screens, or check structured data, backlinks or live rankings for "Redlands jewelers."
Pages read: homepage, engagement ring and women's band lookbooks, Custom Design, Services, Our Story, FAQ, Contact, three collections and one product. The men's bands page and other products were not opened.
The POS sync was not inspected, so filter and add-to-cart advice is a starting point.
